MFG Process: Injection Molding PEEK with 30% short glass fiber reinforcement. MIL-P-46183 approved with exceptions.
Features & Benefits
- Excellent thermal and electrical isolation due to glass fiber.
- Metallic replacement for lowly loaded and less demanding applications than Xycomp, with electrical/non-conductive considerations and lower cost/lower performance than Arlon 1263.
- Requires unique tooling for net molded parts, capable of producing high volume components
